Does Whole-food Multivitamin interact with Biotin?
Your multivitamin likely has biotin.
Most multivitamins already include biotin, often well above the tiny amount you actually need, so a separate high-dose biotin is redundant for the average person, and true biotin deficiency is rare.
Add standalone biotin only for a specific, time-limited hair or nail goal, and know the evidence is weak unless you are deficient. Important: high-dose biotin can skew thyroid and heart (troponin) blood tests, so tell your doctor before any lab work.
