This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for suppdoc.io premium subscriptions. The free parts of suppdoc.io remain free, this policy applies only to optional paid plans.
Right now, Premium is a one-time payment of $79 for lifetime access, not a subscription. After you reserve your spot we email a secure payment link; we never store your card details, and your access switches on as soon as payment clears. Because it is a one-time purchase, nothing auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel. If Premium is not for you, email hello@suppdoc.io within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
Refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion (for example, a confirmed technical fault that prevented you from using premium). Reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
