Best time to take Boron Glycinate
Take a low dose of boron anytime, with food.
Boron supports bone, hormones, and vitamin D status at small doses, and may help the body hold onto active vitamin D a little longer. There is no benefit to high amounts, so timing is flexible and the dose is what matters.
Take around 3 to 6 mg with a meal, at whatever time you will remember it. More is not better.
Do not take large doses of boron.
