Take L-tyrosine in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before stressful or demanding work.
Tyrosine is the raw material for dopamine and noradrenaline, which get depleted under stress, so it is timed before mental load. It competes with food protein for absorption, so fasted is better.
