Best time to take Niacinamide
Take niacinamide (B3) with food; the non-flush form avoids the niacin flush.
Niacinamide is the non-flushing form of vitamin B3 and is gentle with food. The other form, plain niacin, causes a harmless but uncomfortable warm flush, especially on an empty stomach.
Take it with a meal. If you ever use flush-causing niacin for cholesterol, do so only under medical supervision.
High-dose niacin plus other lipid agents can stress the liver, get medical guidance.
