Take vitamin K2 with a meal that contains fat, ideally alongside vitamin D3.
K2 is fat-soluble and works hand in hand with vitamin D and calcium, activating the proteins that steer calcium into bone and away from arteries. Food with fat is what unlocks its absorption.
Take it with your main fatty meal, paired with D3 for convenience. Time of day matters little, the fat does.
